This position reports directly to the VP and General Manager of Poptent Productions and is accountable for teaming with the regional sales team to meet or exceed revenue goals. This will be accomplished through assisting with lead generation efforts within our CRM system. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the sales department under the guidance of the Sales Director.
Act as full business partner with the sales organization by supporting lead generation efforts and documenting activity within SalesForce.com
Coordinate information as needed between the sales team, the director, and any inbound prospect calls.
Book all travel for the director and monitor the directors calendar appointments to ensure all necessary travel and bookings have been made
Monitors managers’ and staff’s calendars, sends and receives requests for meetings and coordinates routine meetings.
Answers phone, transfers calls, and takes messages. May be tasked with greeting guests and visitors as needed.
AA degree, along with at least 2 years of sales support/lead generation experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
