Our Specialty Distribution group offers healthcare providers access to a complete portfolio of specialty pharmaceuticals and ancillary supplies, ensuring patients’ continuity of care. We ship to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam, with three distribution centers: a main facility in Grove City, Ohio, and secondary locations in Arizona and Tennessee.
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:

Primary function is to facilitate Sales Specialist and Account Managers optimal sales performance through the use of proactive administrative skills and supplementary inside sales assistance. Secondary function, when time permits, is to back up customer service should the need arise. Also, builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external clients to achieve company goals. Utilizes relatively advanced levels of industry-specific knowledge. Possesses customer support and phone skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Primary function is to facilitate administrative duties for Regional Sales Specialists and Regional Account Managers.
  • Secondary function to be back up phone support for Regional Sales Specialists and Regional Account Managers.
  • Provide phone support to the Customer Support Team

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Internet and the ability to learn new applications quickly
Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Ability to perform mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; calculate rate, ration and percent; carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Mange competing demands and frequent changes efficiently.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Develops alternative solution.
  • Works well in group problem solving situations.
    Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
