Increase Winfield's net income by increasing the Sales Team selling time through the coordination of field administrative functions, providing of timely sales performance up-dates, and proactively communicating pertinent information to the field. This role provides the building blocks for a sustainable, effective customer experience from the field to the office.

Training:
- Onboarding - Support onboarding process of the sales team (SAA, MAA's) including event planning, scheduling and coordination
- Provide training and education to new and existing sales members as necessary
- Provide training to key accounts on administrative processes as directed by the sales team
- Assist in the identification of training requirements for the sales team
- Update standard work flow and process information in SharePoint pertaining to sales onboarding programs

Sales Support:
- Act as a first-line of support for the sales team on all WinField systems and applications
- Support driving sales growth with new and existing customers
- Collect and summarize performance and customer data
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of your territory; the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencers, etc.
- Builds and maintains relationships with assigned sales force to understand and serve their needs
- Assists in coordinating sales efforts and planning
- Participate in teams to drive program development and strategy
- Assemble presentations and prepare sales reports at the direction of the Sales Team
- Assist the sales team with developing sales forecasts
- Manage and update customer base contacts
- Manage customer issues and facilitate resolution to client satisfaction
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and various internal departments
- Proactively provide reports to the Sales team as directed
- Keep the sales team informed of supply quantities vs. order positions
- Support keeping selling tools up-to-date, accurate and detailed. These tools include but are not limited to forecasting, customer/account plans, opportunity plans, and CRM
- Inform sales team of key dates and criteria of marketing programs

Process Improvement:
- Focuses on driving process improvement initiatives across the sales organization that will enhance sales force productivity and efficiency
- Coordinates processes to involve relevant members of sales, marketing and operations

Customer Support:
- Drive planning efforts for customer visits, sales training events and National Sales Meeting
- Assists with customer meetings and sales calls
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction within the accounts in your region
- Provide proactive communication to key accounts as directed by the Sales force
- Proactively provide accounts with up-to-date sales reports as directed by the Sale team

Required (Basic) Experience & Education: 3-5 years of experience in customer/sales support
BA/BS in Business related field preferred

Intermediate Computer Skills Utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Preferred Experience & Education: BA/BS in Business related field preferred
1-2 years Agricultural experience preferred
