This position will support Regional VP executives in National and Field Sales as well as other members of the field sales team by providing administrative support. Daily tasks include: reporting, scheduling, systems maintenance, pres
  • netations, mail outs, filing and special projects. Position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, self-motivation, and time management skills. Requirements Two years of administrative experience, with previous work experience in a sales support position helpful. Retirement plan knowledge preferred. Ability to support other regional offices as needed. Detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on managing workflow. Intermediate computer application skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and internet applications.
  • Excellent planning, organization, proofreading, editing, self-leadership, and customer service skills.
