This position will be responsible for the execution and project management of various sales operations programs and initiatives that are designed to increase sales and to help optimize the productivity and efficiency of the field sales organization.

DUTIES

  • Project manage all new Bid Requests from the date of receipt to the date of submission to customer, including the coordination and production of the formal bid response
  • Track Bid Response activity, including status reporting on all deals Won, Lost, or Pending
  • Maintain and enhance the internal SharePoint site, including all supporting documentation on the Bid Response Program, external Quarterly Business Reviews, New Product Launch Process, Quote-To-Cash process with 3rd Party Software Vendors, business planning, and additional program and projects as required.
  • Work with Account Executives to schedule Quarterly Business Review meetings with key customers; maintain 6-month rolling calendar and assist with the development of the presentation content
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure that monthly updates to new Major Account prospects are updated for review with Global and Stewart Sales Management
  • Generate quarterly program activity report, including program activity/metrics for the given quarter, trending over past quarter, field issues, and plans for next quarter
  • Respond to field and internal requests in a timely, thorough, and professional fashion
  • Train new hires and/or existing sales teams on the Sales Operations Programs and initiatives, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience in the IT/Office Equipment/Print industry
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills
  • Strong program/project management skills; project management certification highly desired
  • Highly proficient computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, database)
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented sales and service environment
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others
  • Must be detail oriented, thorough, and accurate while working with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
