We’re currently searching for a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This position is responsible for the support of various sales activities which may include creating benefit summaries, worksite proposals, enrollment flyers and rate sheets. Creates presentations for broker meetings and RFP finalist meetings. This position also provides analytical reporting support of the annual FCL and USAL Incentive trips, as well as providing promotional and convention management. This position also is reponsible for promotional management oversight and manages the budgets for conventions and promotions. Serves as a departmental resource for various other items.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced level skills in MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Indesign and Excel. Excellent organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and perform under deadline pressure in a changing environment. Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- BA Degree or equivalent professional experince in lieu of degree
- 3-5 years customer service or sales support
- Insurance industry experience
- Adobe Acrobat and InDesign experience
