Group O's Marketing Solutions is seeking Sales Team Leads. The Lead is responsible for leading a team 15-20 Sales Agents. The Sales Lead will also be utilized on the phone making sales and following up with prospective leads.
-Enforce all company policies & practices to assigned team members
-Monitor, coach & develop the skills of team members to attain internal & external KPIs.
-Utilize the phone to show sales techniques to agents
-Maximize employee satisfaction through leveraged use of incentives, recognition, clearly defined roles & reasonable expectations, positive team interactions, fairness, & open communication
-Conduct weekly individual coaching sessions with team members along with regular performance reviews
-Support department efforts to achieve contractual & internal service standards on a daily & monthly basis
-Report & analyze statistics to monitor performance & call volume
-Communicate any issues or obstacles immediately to the Manager for resolution
-Meet and/or exceed sales goals
-Previous experience in a sales/call center environment; lead/supervisory experience strongly preferred
-Excellent customer service & sales skills
-Superb interpersonal skills; demonstrated success with interviewing, coaching, & conflict resolution
-Strong computer skills, including MS Office
-Strong planning & organizational skills
-Exceptional communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure while performing multiple tasks
-Capable of setting priorities & meeting deadlines
-Ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
-Ability to lead by example with strong reliability & communication skills
-Ability to work shift of 7:00 am -7:00 pm; with flexibility to cover an AM or PM team. This person must have flexibility in scheduling
-Ability to be on one's feet for extended periods of time
Education: H. S. diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred|
