Sales Team Support Position
This position will support the sales team by improving the current client database and validating prospect opportunities. This is a 3 month assignment with the potential to become a long-term position.
Improving current client database (Sagitta)
Verify that each client record has appropriate membership numbers and mailing fields follow formatting rules (Training will be offered on this software)
Validate prospect opportunities after automated prospecting and cross-sell processes are complete
Use Sagitta to determine which lines of coverage are already in place (if any)
Use ACT to determine which sales team member (if any) has already begun the process of contacting a lead
Perform additional data entry projects as needed
Minimize E&O exposure by entering a note in clients’ activity log to document distribution of privacy notices, flood coverage offer, portfolio review, etc.
Candidate must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
Must be responsible, dependable, and professional within the workplace
Task-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines when delegated by a supervisor
