The sales training program at SRS includes hands-on, on-line and classroom training offered through our corporate and branch training facilities. Selected applicants will start in an introductory period in a branch location learning the business from the ground up. After completion of the introductory period, the applicant will spend 5 weeks in formal classroom training in our training facility in the Dallas/Ft Worth area plus do ride-along sales calls with our experienced Territory Managers. After graduation, trainees will return to their home branch and begin developing and selling our products in their local sales territory.
