We’ll rely on you to ensure increased occupancy by proactively generating sales leads and following up on all traffic generated through advertising, promotions, and phone/in-person visits. Ability to establish, maintain and manage positive relationships with manufactured housing dealerships is essential to your success in this role. Portfolio size may vary, depending on occupancy level and geographic area of responsibility.
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Understanding of the consumer goods sales; experience managing inventory, conducting extensive market surveys and providing input on the timing of price adjustments highly desired
• Valid state driver’s license; travel is involved
• Ability to meet prospective residents, show model homes and participate in open houses, promotions and related activities
• Must be self-motivated, driven, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature
• Experience in marketing and selling consumer goods strongly preferred
