This position reports to the Inside Sales and Quotations Manager and provides support for the Sales and Marketing efforts at TML. Core tasks include the internal processing of sales commissions paperwork, booking systems orders, coordinating and organizing tradeshow and demo equipment, and acting as the liaison for website changes/updates with Teledyne Corporate. Additional marketing efforts to include fulfillment of literature requests, maintenance of bid and supplier databases, and the preparation of special documents, reports, or research as assigned. Additional inside sales support functions to include the facilitation of contract review, order processing, and hand-off packages to Project Management, updates of customer-facing sales documents, and assistance with instrument/monitor quotations.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in marketing support role, including tradeshow coordination, highly desired. Ability to independently prioritize deliverables and manage multiple projects efficiently with strong attention to detail a must. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and other office tools required. Successful candidate must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and be driven to creatively improve existing processes.
