We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to report to the Vice President of the Marketing Department for a national Pharmaceutical company. This candidate with handle all of the travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, flight itineraries, and expense reports for the department. Will update the outlook calendar, put together presentations, and work on sales reports for the sales team and managers. Will assist with promotional flyers and enter lead information for the Marketing Manager. Will work with budgets and plan budget meetings for the management team. Will also work with the human resources department to support recruiting efforts for new hire positions. Will generate sales territory maps and work with territory coverage information and Sales team contact information. Facilitate and plan global meetings and to include: Hotel accommodations for attendees, meals, and marketing materials. Will work with the Sales and Marketing team to derive flyer and obtain Marketing approval. Enter leads and pertinent information from trade shows. Must complete online application and attach a resume in a word format for review.

Candidate must have minimum high school diploma and 3-4 years of solid Administrative experience in a Sales or Marketing capacity. Candidate must have a solid work history. Must have worked for a company planning events for at least 80-100 attendees. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Power Point presentation. Must have excellent verbal and writing communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
