Ecumen, the most innovative leader of senior housing and services, seeks Sales and Marketing Manager for our two St. Peter communities, Sand Prairie and Prairie Hill which consist of 105 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Apartments. The primary responsibilities of this position include developing a sales and marketing plan and budget each year that achieves established occupancy goals. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for event planning and developing print, web and media advertising, collateral materials, direct mail and promotional pieces. This position is also responsible for providing tours and explanation of services to potential clients, families and referrals, including evenings and weekends as requested. Networking and marketing to discharge planners, county case managers, referral sources and the general public is essential. Ecumen creates home for older adults wherever they choose to live. Skills & Requirements The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with the senior population. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an understanding and ability to carry out an effective marketing program.
