As a Sales and Marketing Representative , you will effectively influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis.
In addition, you will demonstrate the home and pre-qualify the buyer for financing. You must be able to establish and maintain long term relationships with buyers as you build excitement for them, work through construction related issues, and continually update them on the progress of their home.
Four-year degree preferred
Strong problem solving and communication skills
2 plus years sales experience
Willingness to work a minimum of 3 weekends per month
Current Drivers License
