Bachelor's Level degree.
Two (2) year experience in consumer product filed.
Attain sales objectives by customer and brand within territory, by executing strategic plans to increase distribution, ranging, secondary locations, and share of fixture space and optimizes promotional and POP activities and NPD launches on a timely fashion.
Maintain good customer relations.
Responsible for collections and account receivable balances as well as returns and credit execution according to company policies.
Implements GSK strategic plan per brand at each of its clients.
Understands account needs (insights) and align to GSK strategies to drive Category & Brand sales.
Attain and forecast sales volume by customer and brand taking into consideration market potential, opportunities of growth, advertising and promotional support.
Undertake business reviews and seek agreement on business development plans.
Maintain accurate account data regarding customer profile, credit limit, sales volume, inventory levels, balance on payment, and when appropriate, coop advertising and promotional records.
Use of the sales automation tool to all of its extent as a job requirement.
Responsible for visiting customers according to schedule, submitting orders considering client’s potential in the Puerto Rico market using current promotion, actual prices list and offering complete product line.
Execute new items launches as plan.
Responsible to maintain knowledge of all company products (formulation, presentation, benefits, competitive advantages, executes call to action document according to brand strategies, assuring product has right assortment at the right client with the correct price.
Responsible for servicing and merchandising in assigned independent customers (warehouse and shelf inventory products in good selling conditions) and pursuing the best product exposure, maximizing the use of P.O.P. material.
Perform the merchandising responsibilities in the best manner (FIFO, etc.)
Evaluate and monitor promotional activities to ensure adequate return on promotional funds.
Responsible to maintain, refusals at minimum level.
Responsible for collections among independent customers as well as to maintain accounts balance within established objective, informing supervisor periodically financial status of clients.
Responsible for maintaining good customer relationship.
Responsible for providing a daily sales activity report, monthly expense report, monthly sales analysis by customer and brand, customer inventories, and any other necessary date affecting operations such as competitive pricing, promotional and activities, organization, new products, entry, and others.
Responsible for execution of any other special duties assigned by supervisor.
