As a Sales and Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients and intermediaries to answer inquiries, coordinate and schedule appointments and seminars. In working with the team you will play an instrumental role in helping our retirement sales reps and account executives be successful by assisting with coordinating marketing materials for client visits and assist with reporting responsibilities along with other administrative office duties as assigned. This critical position provides great exposure to the financial services industry.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service related experience
Basic math and computer skills
Strong organizational, planning, written/oral communication skills, and good analytical and problem solving skills
Good decision making skills and ability to work under well under minimal supervision
Must be self-directed, able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work well individual and in a team environment
Ability to obtain state licensing according to policy guidelines
FINRA Series 7 and 66 may be required after one year, according to policy guidelines.
Work related experience in the retirement plan industry in a sales support related role highly preferred
Financial services sales support experience
Active FINRA securities and Life & Health licensing up front, and
Customer service experience in a business setting
