This position is responsible for the development of the PBC portfolio in the Los Angeles Hispanic Market, specifically the Top 100 Hispanic On Premise Accounts. The position will drive substantial increase in distribution, activity and support in the on premise core Hispanic accounts driven by consistent programming support.
Job Description
Hispanic Top 100 Account Business Development:
Drive Distribution across Top 100 Hispanic Independent Accounts in the Los Angeles DMA.
Drive Increased Merchandising and Specials/ activity across Top 100 Hispanic On Premise Accounts in the Los Angeles DMA.
Deliver increased volume output, while driving substantial share gains within the PBC competitive category
Drive Community Consumer building activities to support the PBC brand platforms across the Top 100 Hispanic Independent Accounts in the Los Angeles DMA.
Consumer Engagement Support:
Drive PBC Portfolio Programming support across Top 100 Hispanic On Premise Accounts
Drive On Premise Trial Initiatives to recruit new Hispanic consumers across Top 50 accounts
Lead Hispanic Special Event and Sponsorship Execution in the LA DMA
On Premise Support :
Support Areas Sales Manager in distribution and executional sell-in Crew Drives across Hispanic On Premise Channels (2-3 Days/Month)
Engage, lead and train the distributor sales force as it relates to the PBC brands Hispanic programming and support
Administrative and Recapping Support:
Lead Weekly Activity and Program Recaps
Drive Accountability in Top 100 On Premise Independent Accounts via Monthly Sales Reporting
Manage Top Account Sampling, Special Event and Consumer Activation Budget
