Find similar jobs: Salesforce Develper jobs - GCR Professional Services jobs Developer is responsible for supporting the application as it relates to the overall customer experience including customer and partner portal, support, account management, and training. Work closely with Enterprise Administrator to ensure segment projects align with organizational roadmap and security requirements are met.
Responsibilities: Evaluate and recommend 3rd party applications and programs to support customer experience initiatives Facilitate the process of gathering and documenting project requirements Manage implementation of applications and programs as it relates to customer experience Responsible for creating systems test plans and/or performing systems testing Assess and document potential gaps between requirements and existing business model. Provide SFDC (and related programs & applications) training and technical guidance to Customer Experience team member Attend CRM and related program/application meetings and training Review usage of CRM and related tools for correct use Interface with SFDC Enterprise Admin on roles, profiles and security settings for Customer Experience resources; corporate initiatives;SFDC roadmap development, integration issues and other requirements as needed.
Experience and Skills Required: B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience Knowledge of related applications, cloud computing, web technology 5 years minimum experience with Experience with all areas of development in Salesforce, specifically: VisualForce pages and Apex (JavaScript is also a plus) Workflow rules, page layouts, templates, iFrames, and reports. Customer and partner (PRM) portals; Knowledge, Ideas, and Chatter Answers Experience in administration and configuration of both production and non-production environments (sandboxes). Ability to quickly interpret business requirements and turn them into business process that is supported by Strong communicator with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical resources.
