Job Title: Salesforce Servicemax Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 Months
- ServiceMax experienced business analyst (preferably in the Medical Device Domain).
- Over 5 years Experience on SFDC service cloud/Servicemax implementations
- Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and translating them into Functional Specifications Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
- Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
- Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.
- Should have good understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management.
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- SFDC/SMax Certified professionals preferred
