Description

The person in this position will administer Salesforce.com for VSS, a rapidly growing technology company.

Job duties include:

-Day-to-day administration of Salesforce and the associated business processes, including:
· -Define, communicate, and manage implementation of new features, business user requirements and functionality
· -Update the sales process flow, including Opportunity stages and custom Forecasts
· - Create custom fields, objects, page layouts, workflow, validation, permission and escalation rules and e-mail alerts
· -Design regular reporting and Dashboards, ad hoc report creation as needed
· -Coding to add modules as the company grows. (Recent examples have been an online training system that integrates with Salesforce, and Proof of Concept pages that associate with an Opportunity.)
· -Develop and maintain naming conventions of pick lists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
· -Identify adoption issues and foster best practice use of Salesforce.com or any adjacent components
· -Ensure data integrity by monitoring data for accuracy, completeness, and process improvement
· -Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training
Perform manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required
Qualifications

Requirements:
· Expert level Salesforce administrator with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
· Expertise in Excel
· Meticulous and self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
· Demonstrated good interpersonal & communication skills with a proactive approach to communication
· Excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to consistently follow and maintain process
· Ability to multitask and prioritize between several projects
