EVO Solutions is seeking a talented individual who is geared for success, has a passion for technology and has the desire to work with a stellar group of team members. The client's Administrators play an integral team role in managing their internal CRM system and related projects. This position is part of the Application Development Group within the company and requires an individual who is smart, self-directed, with strong analytical and data skills.

* Manage help desk cases to support internal and remote users
* Perform basic administration of client's core instance (client operates in a multi-org framework)
* Possess a solid understanding of data imports/exports in
* Maintain data integrity using tools
* Create custom reports and dashboards in
* Have a high level of proficiency working with Microsoft Excel and Access
* Train and in deploy applications
* Effectively communicate and present data and best practices to stakeholders and users
* Be able to identify best practices in SFDC based upon business needs
* Develop processes and formats for data collection and reporting, as well as contribute to the data designs

* 1-3 years admin experience or strong experience as a user
* Possess a solid working knowledge of the platform
* Strong understanding of current native functionality
* Experience with mobile technology and/or portal technology a plus
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail and task oriented
* Experience with documenting processes and assumptions
* Possess the ability to bring up concerns in a productive manner
* Energy Efficiency program experience is nice but not required
