Detailed Description
The Salesforce.com Administrator will be responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration and training on applications in our database implemented on the Salesforce.com platform. The database will be used to track our clients, prospects, campaigns, projects, partners, and contacts.
Manage database of record, implemented on the Salesforce.com platform, for all organization users.
Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical / functional capabilities.
Manage changes and potential system implications related to release upgrades.
Communicate regularly with SFDC users to ensure functionality needs and to develop ongoing plans.
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Keeping abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvement.
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users, keep materials up-to-date , coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions worldwide.
Supports department/business use of SFDC, including assisting with mailing list generation/cleanup as needed and helping automate processes.
Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to SFDC.
Work with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions- Manage ongoing relationship with SFDC.

A Bachelors degree
Ability to administer SFDC, SFDC certification preferred.
Strong business knowledge in Sales Force Automation, Opportunity/Lead management and Customer portal functionalities.
Excellent written, verbal and organizational abilities.
Excellent training skills to perform ongoing training sessions as needed, responsible for educating other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of SFDC.
