Salesforce Practice Area Lead

) Slalom Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Practice Area Lead to be responsible for the

development, growth, and quality execution of all Salesforce.com programs in Southern

California.

Responsibilities Key Skills  50–80% target utilization across multiple  8-12 years prior consulting experience,

accounts preferably with a Big 4 consulting firm  Profitability of all Salesforce.com offerings  Deep technical understanding of cloud-

(revenue and utilization goals), with based CRM solutions revenue expectations of $2–5 million per  Up-to-date certifications (Force.com year. Developer, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,

 Identify opportunities for growth and etc.) maturation of Salesforce.com offerings  Exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall

 Provide oversight and governance of all methodologies sold and managed Salesforce.com  Expert at project delivery, including all projects aspects of program management and the

 Drive business development with the SDLC proper information, tools, and subject  Expert business development skills matter expertise to sell engagements  Expert communication (verbal and written) within the offering  Expert people management skills

 Develop case studies and training  Expert business operations (e.g., materials; conducts brown bags and invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization) provide guidance for our Salesforce.com  Skilled at managing multiple clients practice  Ability to take on new challenges and

 Develop and deliver best practices, work outside of one’s comfort zone delivery templates, and point-of-view  Excellent mentoring and leadership skills papers

 Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for cloud offerings; understands how Slalom practice areas interact

 Oversee quality assurance of project delivery

 Assign practice area development tasks when resources are between projects

 Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)

 Manage, staff, and utilize a team of 2–6 consultants

 Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees
