1 ) Responsible for sanitation operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for continual process improvement.
2 ) Responsible for shift schedules, work station assignments / job rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, employee breaks, and back up for absent employees.
3 ) Responsible for training all direct reports to follow proper Safety and cleaning procedures on all equipment. This includes proper chemical usage and protective safety gear.
4 ) Responsible for maintaining direct communications with chemical provider(s) as necessary.
5 ) Responsible for maintaining and following all Master Sanitation schedules for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning frequencies.
6 ) Responsible for reporting and communicating to the Sanitation Manager on project status and department needs and issues.
7 ) Responsible for understanding and meeting all AIB compliance requirements.
8 ) Assist in facility audits as requested.
9 ) Responsible for meeting all established performance expectations.
10 ) Responsible for monitoring and controlling chemical usages and labor.
11 ) Participate in employee performance reviews as requested.
12 ) Responsible for communicating with the Production Lead Person(s) and Manager to help with any recommendations for a cooperative cleaning effort.
13 ) Responsible for "ALL" shift paperwork to be filled out fully and correctly.
14 ) All other duties as assigned by your Manager.
* Job requires working around flour dust, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. during shift.
