Overview:
Under the direction of Santaland Managers, Elf Support Associates provide superior customer service to all guests and visitors of Santaland.
Key Accountabilities:
Enjoy greeting, interacting and engaging with visitors and guests throughout Santaland to help promote a fun and exciting environment
Assist with crowd control in, around, and throughout Santaland
Facilitate visits with Santa
Assist management team with the organization and cleanliness of Santaland
Other duties as assigned
