BorrowLenses is looking for an extremely talented Scheduler to help drive our company to the next level.

* Well qualified individuals will review rental orders from clients as they are placed on our website. They will research new clients using the given information as well as available internet resources in order to develop a risk profile on the order.
*A high level of internet proficiency is a must as this position requires you to quickly pull usable information from multiple online sources and index it on the order.
* Additionally, they will monitor inventory availability and deal with overbooked products effectively by engaging the customer in a conversation about photographic equipment while understanding the customers needs and wants. They will fulfill, if possible, any specialrequests from the customer and will confidently contact the customer if their request cannot be filled.
*Finally, they will interface with other departments to ensure orders go out correctly as requested and will handle any problems professionally. They will assist with general customer service by answering phone calls, e-mails, and live online chats.
High School diploma (some college greatly preferred)
High attention to detail while still maintaining a fast placed work environment
Excellent working knowledge of photo/video equipment and techniques
Great communication skills across multiple mediums
1+ year customer service or relevant experience
Comfortable working in a windows based office setting
Flexible- happy multitasking and learning new roles as the need arises
Multi-line phone system knowledge is a plus
