Direct the academic and device training schedules of all site devices and students for formal course training syllabi and continuation training at assigned site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the development, coordination, publishing, and distribution, of long range, mid range, and daily definitive comprehensive training schedules.

• Responsible for ensuring maximum training efficiency and no syllabus deviations.

• Coordinates the day-to-day academic and device training based on classroom, instructor, and device availability along with student/instructor pilot availability and student progression.

• Attends required weekly scheduling meetings and provides monthly scheduling inputs for the monthly status reports.

• Coordinates with registrars for new student requirements.

• Other duties as assigned

Security Responsibilities

Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper classification and marking of all information and materials, in any form, produced by the incumbent. Shall be assigned specific responsibility for Information Security by immediate supervisor or department management. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. Incumbent shall execute company non-disclosure agreement prior to access to any controlled information.

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

• Able to establish and administer suspense actions, manual and computerized file systems

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word

• Must be able to effectively deliver oral presentations to management and customers

• Must be able to work overtime as required.

• Must be willing to work any shift or day of the week as required.

• Must be eligible for DoD Personnel Security Clearance.

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Will be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints. Must be able to generate effective oral and written presentations and proposals on complex subjects.

Mathematical Skills

Must be able to calculate figures and amounts, and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable.

Education and/or Experience

AA/AS or equivalent experience, bachelor’s degree preferred;

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years administrative experience

• Four years of previous TMS or scheduling experience may be substituted for degree requirements

• Previous active duty flying scheduling highly desired
