Summary: Through extensive telephone work schedules and maintains client assignments in a fast-paced environment. In conjunction, recognizes and acts on delinquent assignments while under tight deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules all designated projects in accordance with the project specifications.
Makes outbound calls to schedule assignments with shoppers.
Maintain a professional relationship with all shoppers at all times.
Ensures that shoppers are qualified to perform shops assigned.
May conduct follow-up with shoppers to confirm status of assignments. Follow up on assigned shops until reports are received.
Responsible for reassigning delinquent assignments.
Responsible for maintaining control on shopper fees within guidelines provided by management.
Responsible for being aware of and meeting project deadlines.
Responsible for being aware of all project/parameters necessary for a valid report.
Recruits new shoppers as necessary.
Communicates with supervisor regarding any client issues that need immediate attention.
Communicates need for overtime and seeks prior approval, if applicable.
Responsible for meeting Monthly Metrics: Total Volume of Assigns, Assigns Per Hour, % of Approved.

High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Office and/or Home Office Environment. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
Schedulers are required to work in the office (post-training) at a minimum of 1 day per week or more if deemed necessary. Internet and Unlimited Long Distance (including Canada) services will be required when working from a home office.
