    school district personnel; understand and interpret school programs and policies; counsel and reassure
    parents and to encourage their participation in school activities; speak before school related groups;
    communicate in the language of the community; exercise leadership in integrating child-school relationships;
    organize individual or group programs; explain, confer, mediate, or train as appropriate to situations presented;
    follow methods and procedural guidelines; maintain efficient office operations; prepare reports.
    SKILLS
    Bilingual in Spanish preferred
