Provides research and project management support for senior staff and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares reports, tables and data analysis for incorporation into broader documents and reports.
Provides support with literature searches.
Compiles targeted information related to assigned projects.
Performs quality assurance functions for content and accuracy of information systems.
Assists in the preparation of conference calls, meetings, and conferences, developing agendas, coordinating participation, summarizing proceedings and tracking follow-up actions.
Participates in process reviews, recommending modifications to forms, procedures, and schedules, as needed.
Fields project-specific questions and information queries.
Assists committee chair and industry in developing management guidelines.
Performs additional duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in science and two years of experience in a related administrative, scientific or health-related position, or non-science degree and three years in related administrative, scientific or health-related position. Strong writing skills preferred. Moderate proficiency in Microsoft applications.
