The SCM ERP Systems Analyst will be responsible for driving supply chain optimization efforts and business process improvements in the Supply Chain Management organization. The incumbent will also serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning and Materials Management functionality, serving as the Supply Chain Management team’s SAP super-user. The incumbent will serve as the department’s primary interface to IT for routine production issues requiring IT technical support. Incumbent will work closely with the Demand Planner, Master Scheduler, Material Data Master, and the Costa Rica planning organization. The candidate will work with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate initiatives through completion. The incumbent will develop processes for tracking SCM operational performance metrics and maintain SAP MRP fields to ensure business system data accurately reflects real environment. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience in supply chain best-practices. Expert functional knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Materials Management are essential. Significant experience supporting production planning and operations is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. Experience with SAP APO is a plus.

Provide expert functional knowledge of SAP PP and MM to the global Supply Chain Management team.
Analysis and documentation of current business processes.
Tracking and reporting SCM operational performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes in the Global Supply Chain Management organization.
Articulate and document desired future state, and build consensus with business leaders.
Provide SCM business ownership to related IT projects as necessary.
Routine status reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Operations

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management is required; Masters Degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of corporate experience, with experience supporting supply chain management, preferably in the Life Science industry.
Experience overseeing complex systems-driven processes and technology; expert functional knowledge of SAP PP and MM are essential; APO is a plus.
Knowledge and expertise in supply chain management best-practices and process optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer Skills: High proficiency in SAP, MS Tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
