The Screening Execution Manager assists with the planning, scheduling, preparation, delivery, and follow-up of health screening services to assigned clients of Viverae. The Screening Manager will also assist with the recruitment, interviewing and training of Screening Specialists. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Screening Execution, the Screening Manager ensures that all client deliverables meet and/or exceed the expectations of both the client and Viverae. Screening team members are expected to model healthy lifestyles and have high integrity.

  • On-call assistance for field team
    • Assists Sr. Manager, Screening Execution with expense reports/reimbursements when necessary
    • Manage screening reports and site contact surveys for Client Services team and follows up when necessary
  • Data entry assistance when needed
  • Assist Resource Team Lead with event staffing during peak times
  • Assist Resource Team in leading pre-cert events during peak times
  • Assist with scheduling travel during peak times
    • Assist with candidate assessment and interviewing for full-time and part-time applicants
  • Fills in as Resource and Logistics Coordinator as needed
  • Leads events in field as needed
  • Performs Quality Control
  • Other duties as assigned


· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a health- or wellness-related field of study

· A minimum of at least 3 years’ experience organizing and delivering health screening services to corporate clients

· Proficient at all health screening tests and biometric assessments

· Highly-organized and detailed

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills is vital

· Works well individually and as part of a team, and maintains an upbeat, positive attitude

· Prior management experience preferred
