Primary responsibilities:
Manage two Agile/Scrum teams’ workload with the engineering manager and Product Owners

Work with the engineering manager to develop and empower a high performance team

Work with the Product Owners to continually update staffing requirements based on market input

Perform and influence agile estimating and planning techniques

Collaborate with the Product Owners on the development and maintenance of effective Product Backlogs, and development of effective user stories with clear business value

Raise organizational impediments to the engineering manager and facilitate solutions

Lead and facilitate the 4 main meetings of Agile and Scrum:
Daily scrum, release and sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and retrospectives

Coordinate and encourage stakeholder involvement

Facilitate conflict resolution within the 4 meetings

Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done

Facilitate Agile/Scrum adoption throughout RichRelevance

Coach team in collaborative decision-making, continuous improvement, and transparency

Facilitate positive dynamics both internal and external to the Agile/Scrum team

Coach and mentor the RichRelevance team on Scrum and Agile principles and practices

Develop training materials and deliver Agile/Scrum training

Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/MIS or Engineering preferred

2+ years of experience with Scrum methodology

Scrum Master Certification

Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices

Worked with multiple scrum teams at the same time, that are working on the same product.
