The Search Marketing Analyst will be a member of a small, but critical team responsible for Netflix’s paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. This new position will be responsible for effectively developing, executing, maintaining and reporting on search marketing programs that drive the profitable growth of new customers. He/she should be highly analytical, passionate about data-driven marketing, and a self-starter capable of taking the initiative to seek out new means by which we can elevate performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support search leadership to create, execute, evaluate and optimize Netflix’s paid search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines. (Reporting is not enough... extracting actionable insights is a must.)
- Create and monitor channel related PO's and invoices from vendor partners
- Support finance and accounting teams to close search spend variances
- Support e-commerce teams with monitoring, reporting and expanding existing campaigns
- Deliver creative assets to 3rd party vendors in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years’ experience working on paid search programs at a digital/search agency, a search platform, a search engine or on the client-side
- Analytical mind with strong computational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong grasp of the overall online marketing ecosystem including knowledge of key trends and players

Desirable Skills & Experiences:
- SEO experience and/or know-how
- Experience working on international SEM programs
- Working knowledge of and/or experience on display advertising
