Cross Utilized Agents are responsible for both Ramp and Customer Service Agent Duties.

Duties:
  • Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight and company mail on and off aircraft

  • Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner

  • Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously

  • Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area

  • Service aircraft as needed


  • Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • US citizen or show proof of right to work in US
  • Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Type 30 words per minute
  • Willing to work split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays emphasized
  • Completion/Certification of Weather Service Class Training REQUIRED
  • DLC Training background and Deice certification recommended


  • Additional Station Information

    The WYS Station operates seasonal service with 2 daily flights on weekdays and 3 daily flights on weekends.

    Cross-Utilized agents will also be required to complete FasTrack (DL Fas Trak Baggage Recovery System Training) for Baggage service duties.

    Station Manager will delegate and ensure completion of station duties for the overall operation thus SP7450-Station and Uniform Policy Guidlines will apply. SP7400 Chpt. 6 section 9 and SP65 Guidelines apply for WYS Seasonal Transfers.
