The C. Wonder embroidery machine operator brings the brand to life and supports the store team by operating a commercial embroidery machine in-store on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: Customer Service Expert:
Maintain the highest level of customer service by delivering the C. Wonder experience through accurate and timely fulfillment of embroidery orders
Assist with additional back-of-house duties on an as needed basis
Building Brand Equity:
Understand and communicate the C. Wonder brand aesthetic, philosophy and lifestyle to the customer
Demonstrate the interest and ability to work as part of a team
Operational Excellence:
Maintain efficient and productive organization of the back-of-house embroidery fulfillment area to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of embroidery orders
Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures; ensure embroidery quality standards are maintained; facilitate updates to the in-store embroidery program including the introduction of new products and designs
Qualifications: Physical Requirements:
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work quickly under time pressure
Qualifications:
Previous embroidery experience in a manufacturing or retail environment
Experience operating a Tajima embroidery machine a plus
