Qualified candidates for the Kitchen Runner positon will preferably possess at least one year of experience in the type, style & cuisine of the restaurant for which they are applying. May require the ability to read recipes. Must be able to follow verbal directions. Will be required to possess basic knife skills in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and operate kitchen equipment. Responsible for assisting Chefs, Cooks & Pantry in preparing all food items in accordance with designated standards established by the Room Chef, which may require limited cooking assignments. Also responsible for putting away groceries in accordance with Health Department and Silverton regulations. Must follow all Health Department and Silverton standards for basic food service.
