Perform secretarial duties for the department chair and faculty members including word processing, creating spreadsheets, mail merges, answering telephones, handle departmental mail and maintain department files and office supplies. Scheduled hours: approximately 20 hours per week during the school term. Qualifications: 2-3 years secretarial experience, proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and good organizational and communication skills.
