FT secretarial position for Community Programs, a large diverse department covering numerous campuses, working with various program managers, and instructors. Hours are 9 am-5 pm. Position requires exemplary customer service, communication, and problem solving skills; excellent computer skills, ability to learn a new database registration system and proficient in MS Office, experience with access and publisher a plus. Ability to adapt to ever-changing fast paced multi-functional environment; must have strong organizational, management, and multi-tasking skills, be a team player, and self-motivated.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma and at least 3 years of related experience, preference will be given for associate degree or higher.
