Responsibilities
The Secretary I role will provide administrative assistance to Disneyland Hotel and Park Banquets. In this role, you will be responsible for running reports in Daylight, printing BEO’s, creating menu cards, door cards and sign in and out sheets. In addition, responsibilities include processing orders, researching problems and tracking orders.

Basic Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience secretarial or other supportive role.
Proven advanced proficiency in SAP, Workbrain, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas.
Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.
Demonstrated strong Guest Service Skills.
Demonstrated strong networking Skills.
Proven working knowledge of Disney policies, organizational structure and nomenclature.
Independent and self-motivated worker displaying excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Independent worker, must be diligent and organized.
Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
Clerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Complete understanding of DLR processes & procedures.
Knowledge of Daylight, Meeting Matrix, and Outlook.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to learn new software applications.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

Required Education

High school degree or equivalent.
