Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP, Creative Development and Director, Creative Development of DisneyToon Studios.
Primary contact for all incoming phone calls and communication
(both mail and e-mail).
Extensive scheduling of meetings and the maintenance of calendaring system (Outlook) including organizing meetings with top Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios executives.
Travel arrangements both international and domestic.
Opening and distributing mail and prioritize content.
Ordering of office supplies and preparation of shipping requests.
Maintenance of files and contact information.
Expense Report processing via SAP (including understanding of company expense policies).
Functional knowledge of Filemaker or similar database application.
Compile correspondence and memos.
Extensive note taking in Development meetings
In addition, will be handling an array of special tasks and assignments as they arise.

Desired Qualifications 
Proven knowledge of Walt Disney Company policies and procedures. 
Interest in film analysis and animation and the desire to grow in Development or Production. 
Knowledge of SAP.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 - 3 years administrative experience supporting an executive level leader (VP & above) in a Studio and/or Production company or environment.
A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem solve.
Strong proficiency with PC business tools, i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, FileMaker, and Excel.
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
Strong organizational and follow-thru skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to assure successful interaction with senior executives and business unit contacts and key external partners.
Ability to work with confidential information and exercise good judgment and discretion.
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
Impeccable phone etiquette.
Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team with diverse personalities.
Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision.
Fast notes, shorthand a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven knowledge of Walt Disney Company policies and procedures.
Interest in film analysis and animation and the desire to grow in Development or Production.
Knowledge of SAP.
Required Education
BA/BS Degree
