Provide excellent administrative support for FACS department chair and faculty. Ability to respond to student inquires in timely fashion. Available to work regular office hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, M-F and additional hours during special events. Responsible for ordering all supplies for department and some supervision of student workers. Answer phone calls for department and greet visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have highly developed organizational and communication skills. Must have two years of office experience and know Microsoft Office programs. Ability to provide excellent, consistent customer service to internal and external clients. Professional dress and phone etiquette required. Must be dependable.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer at least two years of college and accounting background. Experience as event planner is desirable. Interest in Fashion, Foods and/or Interior Design is a plus.
