The primary purpose of the Secretary is to perform all the necessary duties involved in dispatching and assigning interpreters to clinic or hospital requests from the medical staff. Performs all related clerical duties and provides support to the Administrative Assistant.
1. Answers phones and dispatches interpreters.
2. Manages faxed translations.
3. Keeps office supplies/forms stocked.
4. Assists Administrative Assistant as required.
Job Description - Requirements
Required: High school graduate or equivalent. Specialized training in secretarial skills.
Required: One year related clerical experience.
Preferred: Experience working in a high-volume call center or switchboard operator type role would be a plus.
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
