Currently, Superior has contract positions available for a Secretary position in the Medical Center Area.

Contractor will perform reception duties greet and meet visitors, screen calls, process registration, distribute packets, word processing of letters, memos, abstracts, grants, reports, proofreading, filing documents, schedule and calendar appointments, conferences, meetings, coordinate prepare information and data entry into databases and inventory programs, format presentations, transcribe notes from machine or dictation. Plan and purchase supplies, equipment, procurement services. Schedules travel and prepares expense reports, coordinate HR activities for the department, position descriptions, financial reports, monitor and balance company center budget.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
2 years of work experience in a hospital or major medical institution

High School Diploma required.
1 years formal Secretarial Training from an approved business school or college

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Certified Professional Secretary Certification
Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years formal secretarial training
