The Secretary assists with the daily managerial work of the Baby Gator center and reports to the Office Manager.His/her responsibilities include secretarial and clerical duties including answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors, word processing, filing, laminating, copying, faxing, light bookkeeping duties, ordering supplies, assistance with meals, scheduling substitutes and management of volunteers.

Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and two years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Attainment of a score of at least 35 cwpm on an approved typing test.
