The Account Manager is responsible for the daily operational functions at the account of which they are managing. The position includes but is not limited to, contract compliance, training, safety administration, officer retention, post order adherence, morale building, etc.

Coordination of Security Operations as well as managing, training and assessing performance of the site security personnel. This position will also be responsable in writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department and oversee that all necessary training modules are administered and completed. The Site Account Manager may also be required to monitor CCTV’s for unauthorized vandalism and removal of property, will review and report accidents and file reports in accordance to company and/or client guidelines and expectations. This position requires a heightened ability to solve practical problems quickly, efficiently with sound judgment and action. The ability to clearly communicate cannot be overstated.

This position requires a minimum of two years experience preferably supervising a team of Security Officers and experience in high rise building security. Must also have excellant computer skills and communication skills. A college degree is preferred but not required. Experience in structured training, law enforcement or military is preferred but not required. This position requires a non-commission license or the ability to receive a license through training at our facility and a successful background check.
