Responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at our facility
Checks and verifies customers details (tail number, identification, transportation)
Escorts passengers when authorize ramp access is approved to their plane (such as ambulance or disable passengers).
Responsible for alerting the Customer Service Reps of arriving customers
Assists crew and passengers with luggage, transport and special requests
Tracks aircraft arrival and assures prompt line service
Responsible for maintaining the appearance for our facility by performing janitorial duties.
Assures safe, convenient and courteous transportation to and from the airport for all customers
Provides shuttle service to airport, hotels and restaurants
Responsible for patrolling the parking lot and security perimeter
Observes all safety, environmental and general housekeeping rules and policies
Other duties as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Exceptional customer service skills
Physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis.
Excellent communication skills
Physically able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Will frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, grasp, and carry object
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
