Responsible for providing safety and security for students, faculty and staff. Patrols the campus grounds and responds to calls. Issues parking authorizations and citations. Prepares incident and accident reports. Performs duties assigned by the shift supervisor. Position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
There are two positions available:
Lake Worth - Thursday and Friday 9pm to 6am; Saturday 9pm to 6:30am
Palm Beach Gardens - Wednesday 8am to 3:30pm; Thrusday 8:30am to 3:30pm; Friday 8am to 3pm; Saturday 8:30am to 2:30pm
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Incident investigation skills, good verbal and written communication skills, effective customer service skills, writing, grammar, and editing skills, and some typing are all required.
Required Computer Skills:
Some related experience preferred.
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook or similar applications preferred.
Ability to use mainframe database system preferred.
