Sonitrol of Bakersfield currently has two openings for skilled professionals to sell our security products which include industry leading audio based intrusion systems, CCTV, access control and Fire systems to prospective commercial clients in Kern County and the surrounding communities.

We sell a technology-based service and are looking for individuals with comparable experience. Ours is the market-leading product; we do not sell on price. You will custom design every system, Sonitrol is not a one-size-fits-all security company.

Job Requirements:

* Security Industry (or similar) experience
* 2 or more years of Business to Business outside, in-person, direct sales experience preferably selling a product with a single up-front payment and recurring monthly charge.
* Competent using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Skilled with the use of SalesForce.com (preferable).
* Results-driven self starter, who enjoys prospecting new clients and gaining new business.
* Talented in lead generation
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable transportation
* Clean driving record
