The Security Supervisor provides on the job work direction to assigned personnel related to floor Security Officer’s duties in addition to Security Supervisor assignments. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
High School diploma or its equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of prior gaming, security, or law enforcement experience required.
One (1) year of prior supervisory management experience required.
Candidates shall have a good understanding and working knowledge with computers.
Must possess an understanding of legal ramifications and implications of various employee and customer actions.
Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.
Must possess ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees.
Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform the required job duties.
Applicants must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier.
Language Skills and reasoning Ability:
Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Must have ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment and effectively deal with guests, management and employees in all situations.
